A. While we always aim to maintain a fully stocked range, sometimes we cannot guarantee every item will be available. In these cases we can offer reasonable alternatives that are in keeping with the look and feel of the original item.

Q. I want my flowers to be sent as a surprise, can you make sure they are discreetly delivered?

A. Any delivery instructions made during the ordering process can certainly be taken into account. We want to make sure everyone is happy with our arrangements, whatever the occasion and if this means a degree of tact during delivery, we will be pleased to oblige.

Ordered my chosen bouquet but was informed that due to seasonal variances, some of the flowers where no available. I was advised on an alternative and agreed with some trepidation. My fears where eased when the bouquet arrived and I loved the new flowers more than the ones I had chosen!
